More surprises awaited us tonight at church with Elizabeth's small group. We received a call from Dana Mitchell, her small group leader, requesting us to come by around 8:00 so that they could pray for us before the trip. We popped in thinking it was for a sending-off prayer and then had the tables turned when we found out that it was also a baby shower! We were so surprised; everything looked so beautiful and pink! Thank you, Dana, for your hard work getting this together! We had cupcakes, chips, and of course, pink punch! We received more cute clothes and hair bows for our sweet Riley--plus a seal float for her in our pool. If she is not quite ready for that yet, I'm sure Big Sis will help her out and show her how to use it. The best part of the celebration was the group prayer and hearing these sweet girls praying their hearts out for our Riley Grace and for our family's travel! We love you all so much and appreciate your kindness and excitement for our family during this long-anticipated season of our lives!
