Our Last Day

Well, today was our last day and this is the last email! Today we went to breakfast, did a little more shopping, took pictures with the group, and went and took our oath! Unfortunately, Riley did not have her nap today which kicked us in the butt later. We took pictures around 1:30 P.M. today and guess which baby cried the whole time? Riley! She did not understand why mom sat her on the couch with other babies and then walked off and took pictures. She even fell off the couch head first! We caught it on tape and everything. But she was okay, just cranky. Taking our oath today went smoothly but Riley was restless. She is officially ours now! We were going to go eat with everyone again tonight, but Riley was done. We ordered pizza from Papa John's, and it tasted so good! Felt like we were at home.

It is bittersweet about us leaving tomorrow. We are ready to come home, but a little sad about leaving now. We will definitely come back here one day. Tomorrow we leave our hotel around 5:45 A.M. to head to the airport. We leave there at 7:55 A.M. and fly back to Shanghai. Our flight from Shanghai leaves at 3:45 P.M. for our long journey home. We are supposed to arrive home at 9:38 P.M. Just to let everyone know, Riley loves to wave at people, so when you guys see us at the airport start waving to us because I am sure she will wave back. :) Right now our little pistol is already asleep at 7:30 P.M. She is so exhausted and once again hoping for a good night of rest since we have to wake up so early tomorrow! Please pray for our safe travels tomorrow...it is going to be a long day!
